Children Living With Cancer Foundation (“CLWCF”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. • To respond to your enquiries and manage volunteer and event registrations.
  • To tell you about our work, appeals and events, where you have agreed to hear from us.
  • To keep our website secure and understand how it is used so we can improve it.
  • To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Children’s information

We share stories and photographs of children we support only with the written consent of a parent or guardian. If you would like a photo or story removed, please contact us and we will act promptly.

Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our work, such as our payment processor (Paystack), website host, email and analytics providers, and only as needed. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies to make it work properly and to understand how visitors use it. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including any legal, accounting or reporting requirements. Donation records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it or withdraw your consent at any time.
